I love greenhouses. And plants.
So, a visit to
Jardin des Serres d'Auteuil
was high on my list of places to go
during my last trip to Paris.
Getting there couldn't have been easier.
The closest métro stations are Porte d’Auteuil
(line 10 to the direction of Boulogne-Pont de Saint-Cloud)
or Michel-Ange Molitor
(line 10 to the direction of Gare d’Austerlitz).
*TIP: The PARIS METRO app is an amazing tool.
It's free on iOS and Android!
It truly was a game changer on my last trip.
The creation of this amazing garden started in 1761
under the reign of King Louis XV.
The five main greenhouses are from the end of the 19th century.
There is a gorgeous palmarium and an aviary.
Beauty around every corner.
Greenhouses are open from 8 am to 4 pm on weekdays
and 9 am to 5 pm on weekends.
Admission is FREE!
